Can you hold a place before I apply?
No. A property will only be held for up to 14-calendar days once an applicant is accepted and the holding deposit is paid in full.
All leases must be dated to start no later than 14-calendar days of the lease offer date.

Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
In most cases, we will only require first month's rent and the security deposit to be paid up front.
We do not require leases to start on the 1st of the month, therefore, the first month's rent may be pro-rated.

How old do you have to be to apply?
18 years old. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, however, we have the right to make deductions to a deposit as deemed necessary. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Cosigners are accepted on a case by case basis. -
When will I get my security deposit back?
We have up to 30 calendar days to process your security deposit. We will utilize the full 30-day period. -
How will my security deposit refund and the itemized list of deductions be delivered to me?
You can choose to have your security deposit refund sent directly to your bank account via ACH payment through your tenant portal. If you don't opt for ACH payment, we will mail a check to your last known address via USPS Certified Mail. Please ensure you submit your forwarding address to our office. -
Is it possible for me to rekey the home before I move out?
No, you cannot rekey your home. For security reasons, rekeying must be coordinated by Management after you move out. -
Am I allowed to clean my carpets using a rented carpet cleaning machine?
No, rented carpet cleaning machines are not adequate. You are required to hire one of the pre-screened vendors listed in your move-out instructions. If you do not use our vendors, you will incur a coordination fee in addition to the cost of having the home cleaned by our vendor -

How do I pay rent?
We accept online payments via the tenant portal (ACH, debit and credit) as well as personal checks, cashier checks and money orders. You may pay with cash using a PaySlip. -
